2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, skincare).

  • Customized or personalized items.

3. Process for Refunds & Exchanges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
